Focus Finishing LLC primarily provides professional finishing and restoration services. However, we may offer limited physical products for purchase through our online store, such as samples, consumables, or related materials. This Shipping Policy applies only to physical items purchased through our website.

Order Processing

All physical product orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply availability, shipping times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on carrier availability, destination, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship physical products within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Issues

Focus Finishing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you promptly.
